New Feature: Paying with PayPal

We love it when members get in touch to share ideas and feedback on how we can make uConnected even better. One of the most common requests we’ve received is for more flexibility around payment methods, particularly the ability to use PayPal.

We’re happy to say that this is now available on our personal platform.

If you are a personal uConnected member, you can now top up your account using PayPal once you have signed up. Previously, top ups could only be made using a credit or debit card, so this change gives you more choice and an easier way to manage your balance using a payment method many people already trust and use every day.

PayPal top ups are available for one off payments made through the Dashboard. Existing card based automatic top ups are unchanged and will continue to run using your saved credit or debit card as normal.

We’re also working on bringing PayPal support to our business platform and hope to expand this feature there shortly.

To get started, log in to the Dashboard and head to the Plan & Payment page to make a top up using PayPal.
