At uConnected, our customers have always been at the heart of everything we do. Many of you have been with us for years, and we genuinely appreciate the trust you place in us to deliver reliable, straightforward communication services every day.
Today we're writing to let you know about an upcoming price change that will take effect from 2 April 2026. This change applies only to users on our personal platform, and affected members will receive full details directly via email.
We want to be very clear that this decision was not made lightly. In fact, uConnected has been operating for 10 years, and this is the first time we have ever increased our prices. Throughout that time, we've focused on improving value wherever possible, adding new features, expanding functionality, and increasing included minutes without passing costs on to our members.
However, the cost of delivering high quality telecommunications services continues to rise. This adjustment reflects those increasing operational and infrastructure costs and ensures we can continue to provide the level of service, reliability and support you expect from us.
We understand that price changes are never welcome, and we want you to know how much we value your ongoing support. Our commitment to transparency, fairness and long-term value remains unchanged, and we'll continue working hard to make sure uConnected remains a service you can rely on and feel confident recommending.
