Up until recently members who require multiple services had to use separate email addresses, as though they were completely new customers, but that's now changing. The first step towards making this possible was to reimagine the log in experience for the Dashboard. It now has the ability to list the services that are tied to an email address so that members with multiple services can select the one they'd like to manage, and that's now complete!
If you have just the one uConnected service you won't need to select a service when you log in, but if you do ever decide to add another you'll be able to with ease. More good things are to come!
