Call Statistics & Usage Insights

As part of our Q3 feature rollout, the uConnected team is thrilled deliver a brand new Dashboard page to help you gather information from your call activity. Accessible from the Call History page, the new Insights page generates detailed charts to help you understand when you're most in demand. Metrics include:

  • Average call duration
  • Calls that came inside vs outside your set schedule
  • Calls over the last seven days
  • Calls over the last 28 days, grouped by day of the week
  • Calls over the last 365 days, grouped by hour
  • Calls over the last 365 days, grouped by month
