New Scheduling Dashboard

The uConnected team is delighted to present a brand new scheduling experience for all services. You might be familiar with the old system that allowed members to move sliders around in order to set an availability range for each day. During the specified time range calls would be forward to the member, outside of it calls would go to voicemail. Recently some Android users with Samsung phones mentioned that the sliders weren't working correctly on their devices. We've spent the weekend hard at work developing something that's much more reliable!

The new, simplified system allows members to easily select from several preset availability options, and additionally allows for each day to be configured individually. It's available for all members to enjoy from today! Visit the Scheduling page to try it out.
