New Feature: Welcome Greetings

Just a quick update to let you know that we've just activated Welcome Greetings for all members. Yup, another great feature delivered just before the end of the year!

Introduce your opening hours, products and services while your callers wait to chat with you!

Use this fantastic feature to introduce your products and services while customer calls are being forwarded to you. This feature is available to members enjoying our $49 & $79/month plans and works like this:

1. A customer calls your uConnected phone number
2. They hear your recorded Welcome Greeting
3. They hear hold music while the call is being sent to your nominated mobile
4. If you answer the phone and accept the call, you are connected with the customer. If not, the call is sent to your uConnected voicemail.

There are no additional charges to use this new feature, it's simply included in the $49 & $79/month plans. If you'd like to set this up, simply log into your Dashboard and select Greetings from the left side of the main menu.
