Apple Pay and Google Pay Expanded to Personal and Link Payments

We're pleased to share that Apple Pay and Google Pay support has now expanded beyond business payments. Personal uConnected members and Link by uConnected members can now use these convenient payment options too.

Apple Pay and Google Pay were previously available for uConnected business customers only. With this update, more members can choose a faster way to pay using a saved wallet on a supported device or browser, without needing to enter card details each time.

If you are a personal uConnected member, you can now use Apple Pay and Google Pay for eligible payments through the Dashboard. This gives personal members more choice alongside the payment methods already available.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are also now available on Link by uConnected, our dedicated app for receiving approved calls from selected correctional facilities. Link members can use these options when managing their subscription or eligible payments.

Business members can continue using Apple Pay and Google Pay as before, along with the other payment methods available through the business platform. This update simply brings the same convenience to more of the uConnected community.

To get started, personal uConnected members can log in to the Dashboard and head to the Payments or Billing section when they need to make a payment. Link members can manage payments through Link by uConnected.
