Introducing the uConnected Referral Program

We're excited to introduce the new uConnected Referral Program, a simple way to share uConnected with businesses or home users who need a better phone system. Plus, you'll and earn rewards when they join!

Eligible referrals earn a $25 referral bonus once the referred user completes signup successfully and remains a member for at least one month.

Create links, share them, get paid

The new Referral Dashboard gives you everything you need to manage referrals in one place.

You can create dedicated referral links for different customers, campaigns, or channels, then share those links with people who might benefit from uConnected.

When your links are used, referral activity will appear in your dashboard so you can see completed referrals, review payout status, and keep track of what has already been paid.

What you can manage

From the Referral Dashboard, you can:

• Create referral links for different campaigns, customers, or channels
• Track active links and referral usage
• Review referral events, including the code used, bonus amount, eligibility, and payout status
• See amounts due to pay and amounts already paid out
• Keep your PayID payout destination up to date

The goal is to make referrals clear and easy to follow, from the first shared link through to payout.

How payouts work

Payouts are processed each month once you have accumulated at least $75 of referral credit.

We will notify you by email when a payout takes place, and your dashboard will show your payout history so you can keep track of completed payments.

Where to find it

You can access the Referral Dashboard by visiting dashboard.uconnected.com.au/referrals or by following the referral links inside your Dashboard.

Sign in with your email address and we will send a single-use code and secure link, so there is no password to remember.

A quick note on eligibility

Referral bonuses are payable only when the referred user completes signup successfully, remains a member for at least one month, and their account is in good standing.

Bonuses are not payable for cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible accounts. The referral program is provided at the discretion of uConnected Pty Ltd and may be changed, suspended, or concluded at any time.
