New Feature: Welcome Greetings

Welcome Greetings were introduced in 2016. This article records that launch; feature availability depends on the service you choose today.

Introduce your opening hours, products and services while your callers wait to chat with you!

Use this fantastic feature to introduce your products and services while customer calls are being forwarded to you. The availability of greetings depends on your current service. Review current pricing and inclusions as you choose a plan. The feature works like this:

1. A customer calls your uConnected phone number
2. They hear your recorded Welcome Greeting
3. They hear hold music while the call is being sent to your nominated mobile
4. If you answer the phone and accept the call, you are connected with the customer. If not, the call is sent to your uConnected voicemail.

Check current pricing for feature inclusions. If you'd like to set this up, simply log into your Dashboard and select Greetings from the left side of the main menu.
