If you need to change your landline phone number it's now possible to do so directly from your Dashboard!
Just a quick update to advise that members can now specify a different email address to have invoices delivered to each month. This feature was requested just this month by a valued member and we're thrilled to provide it within just hours.
Hope 2018 is off to a great start for you! We've made a couple of small revisions to the Details page in the Dashboard to help people with more complex addresses provide their data.
Up until recently members who require multiple services had to use separate email addresses, as though they were completely new customers, but that's now changing.
Two new features have just been added to the Account Details page in the Dashboard. Members now have the ability to set how many seconds their device will ring for when incoming uConnected are forwarded, and you choose whether you'd like to see the caller ID of the person calling you or whether you'd like to see your own caller ID for inbound calls.
What started out as a pretty basic call log has evolved greatly over the past few months to become an immensely valuable trove of caller information.
We've drastically upgraded our invoice and billing system to be much smarter, more secure and significantly super robust!
From the beginning we've invited new members to try uConnected for free and recently we've improved the way our trials function.
We recently received a request for the ability to view historical invoices within the Dashboard, so they can be downloaded or printed for tax purposes. Previously we've only emailed those but sometimes that's not ideal. We thought it was a brilliant idea and immediately implemented it!
