Signing up for uConnected – the 1800 Number Plans

1800 numbers are ‘toll-free' numbers and are usually used by larger businesses. Callers generally won't pay anything for calling you, however, the cost for this plan is a bit higher than that of a landline number or a 1300 number.

The 1800 Plan has three (3) options that you can choose from depending on your needs. Here is an overview:

1. 1800 Basic: This plan offers 600 minutes of inbound calls for a month. This is the plan offered on the free trial. After your free trial, you are able to choose among the listed plans moving forward depending on your call-minute needs.
2. 1800 Standard: This plan offers 1,000 minutes of inbound calls for a month.
3. 1800 Complete: This plan offers 1,400 minutes of inbound calls to your uConnected number.

Does this option sound better to you? If you don't want your callers to pay for calling you, then this may be a more suitable option for you. However, you'll need to keep an eye on your usage to avoid being surprised by a very expensive bill. Please note that our plans may change in the future.
